Friends of South Ossett

Who Are We?

A warm welcome to all parents and carers, and especially those who have children new to the school.

Friends of South Ossett Infants Academy are a group of parents who volunteer and raise money to help the academy. In the past we have:

• Subsidised school trips for all pupils
• Supported free activities
• Provided a free Christmas pantomime
• Subsidised leavers’ T-shirts

Support Us

If you as a parent, carer or grandparent would like to be involved with our group, please contact us directly at soiafriends2@gmail.com or via the Facebook group. We keep members of our Facebook group up to date with events and reminders of any activity deadlines. This group is purely for fundraising, rather than day-to-day school issues.

Our volunteers are all working parents who give as much time as they can, so even if you can only spare a little bit of time it all helps.
